A busy week on site, preparing to pour the floor. The plumbing team worked right through the day on Wednesday with what seemed like miles of heating pipes! But then, on Thursday, the weather changed and work came to a standstill. Fortune favoured us none the less as Friday dawned a perfect day and all fell into place to pump in the concrete. The timing meant a late night and up to continue levelling the floor at 4.30 am on Saturday morning. By mid-day it was nearly done: ready for the block layers next week. Will we make it to first floor level by Christmas?
