Happy New Year!

Busy block laying before Christmas left the site ready for another burst of activity straight after the New Year; and some fine weather allowed the carpenters to get busy at first floor level and to build the pitched roof over the new coffee shop. But there's still a lot to discuss about how the building meets the neighbours'!
